CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 15, 2010 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Finance - Approval of Cabarrus County School Request for AT Allen <br />Elementary School and Related Budget Amendment - $94,734 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />On September 20, 2010 the Cabarrus County School Board approved a <br />change request for additional work that will be performed at the AT Allen <br />Elementary replacement school. The $177,614 of additional work will be <br />funded through negative change orders with the general construction <br />contractor, Matthews Construction, and through unused architecture funds of <br />$94,734.
