Proximity <br />to water line using Euclidian distance. <br />• Proximity to major intersections with 1,000 residential units <br />within 1 mile of intersection - From a selected subset of major <br />intersections (where two major thoroughfares, or one major thoroughfare <br />and one minor thoroughfare, intersect), a radius of 1 /4 -mile from the <br />intersection was delineated.
