HARRISBURG AREA LAND USE PLAN <br />Commercial <br />Commercial: Intended to accommodate <br />neighborhood retail and local services at a <br />scale appropriate to the small town of <br />Harrisburg. <br />Predominant Use(s): Retail, office <br />Characteristics: <br />o Architecture is the dominant feature <br />of the landscape, but is enhanced by <br />landscaping (existing or planted) to <br />soften the hard edges.
