WARREN & ASSOCIATES <br />5.4.2 Proposed <br />Proposed subdivisions have received entitlement, but no site work has begun. According to <br />Table 14, there are an additional 1,539 entitled lots in ten proposed subdivisions within the <br />Planning Area. Proposed subdivisions range in size from 669 lots at EPIC to 19 lots at <br />Alexander Estates.
