4. The method of payment for services rendered by ENGINEER as set forth in <br />Item B of said Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />For the Basic Services performed by ENGINEER under Section 1 of this Amendment, <br />OWNER agrees to pay ENGINEER on atime-and-material basis for a not to exceed fee <br />of 123 350.
