NONMANDATORY AND MINIMUM ORDERS <br />In order to encourage agencies to purchase from minority and women-owned businesses use of this contract is not mandatory <br />for orders less than $250.00. Contractors submitting a bid with a minimum order/ship quantity or dollar value, unless otherwise <br />called for in the solicitation will be treated as "non-responsive" and the bids will not be considered for awazd. <br />E. BLOCKING AND CATALOG SOLUTION: <br />The awarded vendor(s) should provide apunch-out catalog. Apunch-out catalog is a feature that allows an agency the ability to <br />access a vendors web site from the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS), browse through their contracted items <br />and return a list back into their requisition on SCEIS. The punch-out catalog is not a requirement; however it is more likely your <br />products will be purchased by those agencies who are SCEIS users. These are the requirements for participation: <br />1. The punch-out catalog requirement conforms to an Open Catalog Interface (OCI). <br />' 2. The punch-ou[ catalog shall confonn to the technician specifications and implementation requirements provided by our SCEIS <br />Team Manager. <br />3. The Contractor shall work with our Team Manager to guarantee the successful integration of the punch-out catalog into SCEIS. <br />' The Contractor shall make only those products awarded under this contract, as determined by MMO, available for purchase from the <br />punch-out catalog. Products not awarded under this contract must be blocked from the punch-out catalog. In addition, the punch-out <br />catalog shall not allow a user to add non-contract items to a shopping cart. <br />' F. REGIONS <br />The State is divided into three (3) regions as listed below. Bids may be submitted for one, more than one region, or for as many <br />' regions as the bidder can supply. DELIVERY AND ADDITIONAL MINIMUM ORDERING REQUIREMENTS <br />1. All deliveries against this contract will be considered inside delivery. Desktop delivery is included as a part of inside delivery <br />when so requested by the ordering agency with no additional charges allowed, except as otherwise allowed in this section. <br />' Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Special delivery hours can be <br />established to ensure personnel is available for acceptance of orders. <br />2. Contractor(s) are to provide a sufficient number and organization of employees to make the necessary deliveries as required <br />herein. Contractor(s) will be allowed to use outside sources, if they so desire (i.e. United Parcel Service, Federal Express, etc..) <br />' to make deliveries within their awarded region. The contractor(s) is responsible for all deliveries, including deliveries where an <br />outside source is used in lieu of the contractor's own employees. <br />3. Standard delivery is 2 business days from the placement of order or ARO, whichever is sooner, for in-stock items. <br />' Example: Order 4:55 pm Monday deliver Wednesday <br />The delivery fill rate is 96% for in-stock items. <br />4.
