<br />' N. SERVICE <br />1. The State will expect the contractor(s) to cooperate in order to insure the highest quality service. <br />' 2. The State and the contractor(s) will adjust and refine the services w7th the needs of the users in mind and, in addition to the <br />above, any other changes or adjustments required for excellence in service. This ~~ill be accomplished at the discretion of the <br />State utilizing written adjustments to the contract(s). <br />' 3. The contractor(s) will provide prompt, efficient and courteous service and avoid undue interference with other State operations in <br />providing the products requested herein. <br />4. During the initial start-up of this program, the wntractor, or contractors, selected by a participating agency from the list of <br />' providers in their region must be available to visit that agency individually, hold training seminars, answer questions and <br />monitor the overall complete installation of the program. For any succeeding needs, the contractor will update any changes to <br />the agencies as necessary to introduce new employees/agencies to the system and to update current employees with any changes. <br />' S. The contractor(s) is expected to coordinate with all participating agencies within their awarded region to assure all processes <br />function in a smooth manner. Removal of trash, garbage and waste away from agencies as a result of unpacking, uncrating and <br />delivery will be the responsibility of the contractor(s), and shall conform to all DHEC, EPA and all other appropriate local, state <br />and federal policies. <br />' 6. Contractor(s) shall provide a sufficient number of employees who are knowledgeable and responsive to customer needs and who <br />can effectively service the contract. This shall include issues of a technical nature, general problem solving, offering <br />information and answering questions. Contractor(s) will be required to provide services as outlined herein in accordance with all <br />' the terms, provisions, conditions and specifications wntalned in this Fixed Price Bid. The service representatives must be <br />employed by the contractor or designated by him as authorized representatives on a full time basis and not as a subcontractor, <br />unless aoaroved by the State. <br />' 7. Contractor identification Requirements: <br />All personnel shall be easily identifiable (i.e. uniform, identification badge). <br />All contractor personnel shall be of good character as decided by the contractor and State. <br />With the exception of the requirements of this contract, personnel shall not remove any article from any facility regardless of its <br />' value and regardless of any employees permission. <br />O. REPORTS <br />The contractor(s) shall provide two semi-annual reports to the State Procurement Office. The report period will cover January 151 to <br />June 30~' and July 15` to December 3151 of each year respectively. Reports will be due within fifteen (15) working days after die end <br />' of each six month period. The report will reflect the; manufacture item number, item description, number of items sold, unit of <br />measure, UOM price, and the total price for the items purchased for that six month period.
