The project consists of 57 single family homes and 46 multi-family <br />units on +/- 31.77 acres located at the intersection of NC Highway 29 and <br />Concord Farms Road. The project was approved by the City of Concord <br />Planning and Zoning Board on July 17, 2007 and has since received a <br />two year preliminary plat extension setting the new expiration date at July <br />17, 2011. The existing Consent Agreement approved by the Board of <br />Commissioners on August 20, 2007 is set to expire on July 17, 2009. A <br />Consent Agreement extension is required for the project to proceed. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to consider approval of the Consent Agreement between Cabarrus <br />County and Yates Properties, LLC for The Village at Dreaming Creek <br />subdivision, including the payment of $4,034 per single family lot to <br />advance school adequacy with payment due at final platting, and including <br />the payment of $1,331 per multi-family unit to advance school adequacy <br />with payment due prior to the issuance of building permitting.
