<br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE FOR BUILDING DESIGN ONLY -
<br />Reimbursable expenses will be billed as provided and allowed within this Agreement and shall include mileage
<br />printing, postage, etc., for building design only at an allowance of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35 000)
<br />LEED DOCUMENTATION & CERTIFICATION FEE -
<br />Fee is established as Seventy- Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000)
<br />As Follows:
<br />Invoices to be submitted commensurate with work completed as per Compensation Schedule for Basic Services -
<br />Not to exceed $50,000 through the completion of the Construction Documents Phase.
<br />Invoices will be submitted commensurate with Verification and Certification for the LEED Certification Process as
<br />reouired by United States Buildine Code durin¢ the Construction and Administrative Phases of the Droiect -
<br />Not to Exceed $25,000
<br />Total Phases: $75,000 as provided above.
<br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE FOR LEED CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION -
<br />Reimbursable expenses for documentation, printing, re isg tering Project for LEED Certification allowance is
<br />established as Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500)
<br />§ 6.2 For Additional Services designated in Section 3.1, the Owner shall compensate the Architect as follows:

<br />Administrative Personnel $ 55.00/Hour
<br />Reimbursable Expenses for Additional Services shall be in addition to the foregoing compensation.
<br />§ 6.3 For Additional Services that may arise during the course of the Project, including those under Section 3.3,
<br />during the course of the Project, the Owner shall compensate the Architect as follows:

<br />§ 6.4 Compensation for Additional Services of the Architect's consultants when not included in Section 6.2 or 6.3,
<br />shall be the amount invoiced to the Architect plus a fee of cost plus twenty percent (1.2 ), or as otherwise
