<br />RESPONSIBILITIES AT OPTIMA
<br />Ron came to Optima to create and develop the mechanical engineering department to include HVAC,
<br />Plumbing and Fire Protection design. As a result of Ron's leadership and direction, the mechanical
<br />department has enjoyed steady growth and now has four registered Professional Engineers, four Certified
<br />Plumbing Designers and a total staff of 12.
<br />As Vice President, Ron oversees and provides supervision for afl aspects of the HVAC, plumbing, and fire
<br />protection design for the firm. These responsibilities include: project coordination, quality control, code
<br />review, cost estimating, value engineering and estimating construction administration and production of
<br />construction documents and specifications.
