<br />may exist on site. Verify status before disturbing site by observation and by calling the NC Ono Call Center, 1-800-632-4949.
<br />Unmarked graves, underground mine shafts and historic Native American sites are not uncommon in Cabarrus County.
<br />Construction crews should be vigilant for the presence of these cultural and historical sites. Construction must be halted and
<br />appropriate authorities notified when any of these sites are uncovered.
<br />^ Additional field visits by Cabarrus SWCD and/or its conservation partners may be required, including but not lhnited to
<br />sedunentatiorr and erosion control plan review.
