CABARRUS COUNTY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Southeast Cabarrus Park INTRODUCTION Cabarrus County issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of the development of a Park Masterplan for a 190 +/-tract of land owned by Cabarrus County. Scope of services include: site design, engineering, state and federal grant application and submission, permits, construction administration, site plans, and all aspects for the development and construction of the new park. SUBMISSION DETAILS Responses to this solicitation must be submitted as one (1) hard copy and 1 disc/CD and in an envelope bearing the name of the firm or individual, and the address as well as the title of the RFQ. Cabarrus County must receive these responses no later than 2:00 PM, April 20, 2009. Address your submittal to Cabarrus County Finance, Attn: Sherri Barnhardt, 65 Church Street, SE, Room 288, Concord, NC 28025. Cabarrus County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or to waive any minor irregularities in the process. The County further reserves the right to seek new proposals for "Request for Qualifications" when it is in the best interest of the County. Minority owned and operated businesses are encouraged to participate in the submission process. All responses to this request will be subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act.
