SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />The RFQ submittal shall contain the following items arrang <br />GENERAL <br />Maximum one (1) page introductory letter. <br />RELEVANT COMPANY EXPERIENCE <br />This section must include: <br />- A listing of recent relevant project experience related to providing the <br />development of successful park Masterplans, construction administration, <br />and grant writing for similar projects. <br />- A description of the company's responsiveness to clients, its ability to <br />complete its jobs on schedule and within budget, and its quality <br />assurance/quality control (QA/QC) practices. <br />- A description of the current personnel and equipment used to work on those <br />projects along with their current resumes. <br />- Project descriptions should include a summary of scope, location, ability to <br />mobilize and complete work in specified times, key personnel and client <br />contact. <br />- Examples of successful LID and LEED park project implementation <br />NOTE: Please include a sample copy of your company contract. <br />CRITERIA FOR SELECTION <br />All submittals received will be reviewed by a selection team based on the following criteria. <br />(The selection team consists of: County Administration, General Services Department, <br />Commerce Department, the Parks Commission, and the Parks Department.) <br />Criteria: <br />- Demonstrated Successful Park Development <br />- Successful State and Federal Grant Writing Experience <br />- Success on similar park projects <br />- Justifiable and reasonable budgets <br />- LID and LEED practices <br />- Creative designs <br />- Adequate staff and availability for project <br />- Ability to highlight local culture in designs <br />- Successful experience in phasing designs <br />- Realistic budgets and timelines <br />- Successful experience working with citizen groups for input <br />- Experience in working with local, state, and federal permitting <br />G-9 <br />Attachment number 1 <br />Page 487 of 627 <br />
