The <br />owners of parce! number 5544646749 are listed as Robert L Wallace and wife Donna F Wallace Family <br />LLC. <br />J 4.7 REASON FOR PERFORMING THE PHASE 1 ESA <br />Ms. Londa Strong of Cabarrus County Parks Department has indicated that the reason for performing <br />this Phase 1 ESA is because the county 'IS considering leasing the property for 30 years and considered <br />an Environmental Assessment to be best management practice. <br />4.$ OTHER <br />No other information was provided by Cabarrus County Parks Department in association with this <br />Phase 1 ESA. <br />5.0 RECORDS REVII-111! <br />5.1 STANDARD ENVIRONMENTAL RECORD SOURCES <br />CESI contracted Environmental Data Resources (EDR), to conduct an environmental search and <br />prepare'a Radius Map Report compiling federal and state environmental database information from the <br />regulatory records of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the State of <br />North Carolina. The purpose of the EDR Report was to identify environmental sites and activities within a <br />radius of potential concern from the subject site, as outlined by ASTM Standard Practice E 1527-05. <br />Table 1 lists the databases that were searched.
