"~ <br />3.3 CURRENT USE(S~ OF THE SUBJECT SITE <br />Currently, the subject site is being used as pasture, a storage facility and woodland. <br />3.4 DESCRIPTIONS OF STRUCTURES, ROADS AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS <br />Site Utilities: A high voltage power line transects parcel number 5544636383 near the pond. According <br />to Mr. Wallace, this line was installed in 1997 or 1998 for the Corning plant. <br />Water and Sewer Services: A sewer line is present on the northern adjacent properly. Public water is <br />available on Wighway 601 and Wallace Road. <br />On-Site Water Supply Welfs: No on-site water supply wells were observed during the site <br />reconnaissance. <br />Septic Tanks and Leach Fields: No septic tanks or leach fields were observed during the site <br />reconnaissance. <br />3.5 CURRENT USE OF ADJOINING PROPERTIES <br />North: Adjoining properly to the north is currently used as woodland. <br />Eas : Adjoining property to the east is currently used as woodland, R. L. Wallace Construction <br />Company inc., a tractor trailer rental firm and Highway 601 right of way. <br />South Adjoining property to the south is currently Wallace Road and the Norfolk Southern <br />railroad right of way . <br />West: Adjoining property to the west is currently used as fields, woodland and residences. <br />4.0 USER PROVIDI~b INFORMATION <br />4.1 TITLE AND DEED RECORDS <br />' Additional record sources such as deed and title searches were not provided by Cabarrus County Parks <br />Department. Should these sources be received, they will be reviewed by CESI for environmental liens, <br />industrial/engineering controls and land use restrictions on the subject site. After the review, a latter <br />reporting the findings and conclusions will be provided to Cabarrus County Parks Department. <br />4.2 ENVIRONMENTAL DENS ORACTiVITYAND USE LIMrfAT{ONS <br />J Ms. Londa Strong of Cabarrus County Parks Department indicated on the user questionnaire that no <br />activity and land use limitations or environmental liens are associated with the subject site.
