Inc. ("Contractor") and the County. <br />The County and the Contractor., for the consideration specified, agree as follows: <br />The Contractor shall perform the services described in the Contract Documents <br />consisting of providing research & analysis, master planning, fttndin~ <br />assistance, and~reliminar~,- design plan for the Southeast Cabarrus Parlc. <br />Contract Documents <br />The contract documents consist of this Contract and Lxhibit A (Scope of Work). <br />Where the terms of this Contract and Exhibit A are at variance, the provisions of <br />this Contract shall prevail. This contract document constihctes the entire <br />agreezxtent and supersedes any other form. <br />Contract Term <br />Warl< under this Contract will commence on August 10, 2009 ,and will be . <br />completed no later than , Decen~ber 30, 2010 (Contract Term), subject to any <br />modifications provided for in the Contract Documents. No work shall be <br />deemed complete until it is accepted by the County's Contract Manager (Project <br />Officer). <br />Contract Amount . <br />The County will pay the Contractor an ainottnt not to exceed$207,674.00.
