2. Additional Services. The OWNER shall pay the CONSULTANT for additional services, which are nat <br />specifically called for in Attachment A, Scope of Services, in accordance with the CONSULTANT'S <br />standard rates in place at the time services are performed or negotiated fee. <br />3. Reimbursable Expenses.
