in~'rado~ <br />AND AUTOMATIC LOCATION INFORMATION STATEMENT OF <br />WORK FOR CABARRUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />• Customer's performance of all of its responsibilities described in this SOW <br />• Customer's full cooperation with Intrado and Intrado's subcontractors <br />• Customer's execution and maintenance of the attached LOA and amendment of such <br />LOA as required over the Term <br />• Customer's prompt notice to Intrado of any change or potential change in applicable <br />laws, rules or regulations of which Customer is aware or becomes aware <br />• Customer's equipment and networks will include functionality to interoperate with A9-1- <br />1 Routing according to Intrado's specifications <br />• The continuation of current laws and regulations as they affect Intrado or A9-1-1 Routing <br />• Cooperation from TSPs, including Customer's assistance with ensuring that TSPs <br />cooperate in adhering to Intrado's service disruption policies and procedures <br />• Current location and configuration of Customer equipment and facilities <br />• Completion of interconnection agreement between Intrado and Customer's current 9-1-1 <br />Service Provider and establishment of connectivity between the Intrado A9-1-1 Routing <br />system and the Legacy SR currently serving Customer will be required in order to deploy <br />A9-1-1 Routing <br />• Intrado's completion of any necessary interconnection agreements with TSPs <br />Proper operation ofCustomer-owned equipment, networks, software and facilities <br />The migration of each PSAP depends on cooperation from each TSP <br />Other constraints and contingencies: <br />• The Service is not intended to replace the PSTN telephone service of the various public <br />safety agencies. Customer may purchase local exchange service at the PSAPs for <br />administrative purposes, for placing of outgoing calls, and for receiving other (such as <br />10-digit dialed) emergency calls <br />• The target implementation start date will be within approximately thirty to forty five days <br />from the SOW effective date. This date is subject to change. <br />• Intrado expects first end-office migration of live 9-1-1 calls will be approximately eight <br />months from the implementation start date. This date is subject to change based upon the <br />Implementation Project Plan ("IPP") developed during the service initiation phase, and is <br />dependent on the LOA from Customer and the cooperation of the TSPs, and may be <br />impacted by unforeseen events that occur during the service implementation phase. <br />• All timeframes stated herein or in the IPP or other plan between the Parties are good-faith <br />estimates, not guarantees <br />Intrado is not responsible for the following, or for disruptions to A9-1-1 Routing caused <br />by any of the following: <br />^ Customer premise equipment and software, Customer LAN, or any other <br />facilities, equipment or software of Customer, or replacement of the same <br />~.~ ~~~ <br />/24iti9 Page 4 <br />Attachment number 3 <br />Page 188 of 315 <br />F-9 <br />
