• Employees earning more vacation leave than listed on Schedule A for their years of service will have <br />their vacation leave accrual rate remain at the then current level until or when advancement in <br />seniority entitles them to earn an increased amount of leave. Law enforcement <br />officers working a 12 hour shift schedule shall earn vacation leave at a rate equal to 105% of other full time <br />employees on Schedule A or B.
