The construction will <br />require the issuance of several permits, plan reviews, and disposal of demolition materials in the Cabarrus <br />County demolition landfill. From our inception as the Cabarrus Health Alliance Board we have had a polity <br />that waives all fees to the county and affiliated entities such as the Cabarrus County Schools„ We feel that <br />this policy should be reciprocated by the county commission,.
