CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br />Shall include, but not be limited to, equine animals, bovine animals, sheep, goats, llamas, <br />alpacas, poulhy, fowl and swine. These types of animals are typically housed on a farm. <br />Poulhy Exception: See Chapter 7, Agriculture-Female Chickens (Limited Number) <br />Lot of record <br />A parcel of property indicated by deed or plat which is filed with the County Register of <br />Deeds. <br />Lot Width, Average <br />Measurement of average lot width shall be on an individual basis, not over several lots. <br />For a regularly shaped lot (basically rectangular), two measurements shall be taken; at <br />the front lot line (street frontage) and the rear lot line. The arithmetic mean lot size shall <br />be used to determine average lot width. When a lot has multiple street frontages, the <br />required lot width shall be measured along the narrowest street lot line {street <br />frontage). <br />Irregularly shaped lots shall be measured three times, with the arithmetic mean taken <br />from those measurements. Measurement paints will be determined on a case by case <br />basis, but shall be roughly at the front, rear, and middle points of the lat. <br />Mixed Use Development <br />A mixed use development or project is characterized by three or more significant revenue <br />producing uses (such as retail, office residential, hotel, motel, entertainment, culhiral, <br />recreational, etc.) that in well plaiuled projects are muhially supporting and have a <br />significant physical and functional integration of project components which are <br />developed in conformance with a well thought out and coherent plan. <br />Mobile home park <br />Any lot, tract or parcel of land maintained or intended to be used, leased, or rented for <br />occupancy of more than two (2) mobile homes along with accessory structures provided. <br />Mobile home sales or storage of unoccupied mobile homes are not considered mobile <br />home parks. <br />Mobile office, temporarX <br />Office space mostly used in conjunction with either conshuction or residential sales <br />projects not of a permanent nature typically housed in a form of mobile home. <br />2-12 <br />G-3 <br />Attachment number 3 <br />Page 196 <br />
