• Chapter Tivo Rnles of Cortstrrrctiort & Definitions <br />Tunic Vehicle <br />Any motor vehicle that: <br />1) Does not display a current license tag and regishation; or <br />2) Is partially dismantled or wrecked; or <br />3) Caiulot Ue self propelled or moved in a manner in which it originally was <br />intended to move; or <br />4) Is more than five years old and appears to have no resale value except as a <br />source of parts or scrap. <br />I<ennel/cominercial <br />A use or shucture intended and used for the breeding or storage of animals for sale or for <br />the training or overnight Uoarding of animals for persons other than the owner of the lot. <br />I<ennel~/private <br />Considered to exist when five or more dogs over six (6) months of age are kept as pets <br />and/or for hunting, dog shows, exhibitions, or field and obedience trials. <br />Landfill, demolition <br />A landfill that is limited to receiving stumps, limUs, leaves, concrete, brick, wood, <br />uncontaminated earth or other solid waste meeting the standards of the State of North <br />Carolina. A clean fill operation which is conducted to improve or recontour land using <br />only soil is not conshued to Ue such a landfill.
