Residential development in nonresidential districts. <br />All residential development in nonresidential districts shall meet the standards of the <br />HDR District. <br />G Commercial design standards. <br />Applicnbilitt~ <br />The Commercial Design Standards are intended to be used for all commercial <br />developments located within the jurisdiction of Cabarrus County. <br />Ptcrpose <br />The purpose of these design standards is to establish a general set of principles and specific <br />recommendations to serve as a guide for new development and/or renovations of <br />commercial properties. <br />Permitted Uses <br />11.3.3.1 Permitted uses shall be governed by Chapter 3, Establislunent of Zoning Districts. <br />L <br />5-25 <br />G-4 <br />Attachment number 3 <br />Page 232 <br />
