CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 1/22/08 Agenda Item # ~-5 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Social Services -Request for Two New Positions in Child Day Care Funded by Cabarrus <br />Partnership for Children/Smart Start and Adoption of Related Budget Amendment - <br />$21,476 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Cabarrus Partnership for Children has allocated reoccurring Smart Start funds to cover <br />the cost of two new positions: Social Worker II and Accounting Clerk IV.
