Task <br />1. Develop process for County <br />addressing, and work with County <br />staff to document and implement it. <br />2. Develop a comprehensive street <br />name list of all assigned and <br />reserved street names in the <br />County. Street names found with <br />differing spellings, types, <br />directionals, etc. Duplicates found, <br />along with other anomalies. <br />Research required to determine <br />correct names, and to create a final <br />list for the domain of values in the <br />address database. <br />3. Develop a map of the County's <br />addressing grids, including the <br />boundaries for each of the grids, <br />origin points, address increments <br />and other information needed to <br />assign addresses accurately. <br />This is essential to correct <br />assignment of addresses in the <br />future, and quality control of <br />existing address information. <br />__ __. __ _ <br />Deliverables <br />Based on previous task, outline necessary steps, <br />and document new processes in a comprehensive <br />and detailed way to support all staff (E-911 Address <br />Coordinator, Tax, Planning, ITS, etc.) in working <br />with new processes. <br />Spatial Focus will provide assistance to <br />programming staff in implementing <br />recommendations that are embedded in existing <br />applications. <br />Spatial Focus will provide consulting assistance to <br />Accela team on measures required to link portions <br />of the addressing processes to the new permitting <br />system. <br />Spatial Focus to design process, and provide list of <br />found street names. <br />Spatial Focus to train interns/temps in researching <br />street names that have conflicting information. <br />Spatial Focus to perform quality assurance on <br />street names when list is completed by County <br />staff. <br />Spatial Focus will develop the map of the County's <br />grids in accordance with the Address Scheme <br />elements of the draft FGDC Address Data <br />Standard. <br />Spatial Focus will research the maps available, and <br />create the scheme within the County's GIS system. <br />HOME OFFICE: 5050 WAGON TRACE • ^BIRMINGHAM, AL 35242 <br />Voice: 205.980.4843 • FAX: 205.980.4843 <br />~~ <br />
