CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 2/18/08 <br />Agenda Item # ~_ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Aging -Approval of Contract with Centralina Area Agency on Aging for Grand Award and <br />Adoption of Related Budget Amendment - $16,404 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Funding has been granted to the Cabarrus County Senior Center from the NC Division of <br />Aging and Adult Services through the Centralina Area Agency on Aging based on receipt <br />of state certification as a Senior Center of Excellence.
