conditions relating to phasing ox mitigation, and the applicant shall be permitted to proceed through <br />the development approval process. <br />The applicant has proposed the following build out schedule: <br />In 2008, no more than 2 single-fatnily residential lots platted; <br />In 2009, no more than 3single-family residential lots platted; <br />In 2010, no more than 5single-family residential lots platted; <br />In 2011, no more than 6single-family residential lots platted; <br />In 2012, no more than 6single-family residential lots platted; <br />In 2013, no more than 3single-family residential lots platted. <br />Based on Section 15-11, Number 6, of the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance, the granting of a <br />Reservation of Capacity Certificate is recommended, subject to the following: <br />1. The'Boaxd approves ox requests modification of the build out schedule proposed by the <br />applicant. <br />2. Mitigation of the pro-rata share of the cos[ of planned capacity, which equals $8,617 per <br />single-family residential lot, payable at Final Platting. <br />3. The 12 month duration of the Reservation of Capacity Certificate will start based on the <br />terms of the amended utility extension agreement finalization with the City of Concord. <br />G~ <br />
