CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 4/21/08 Agenda Item # G - ~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Wightman Oaks Townhome Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Wightman Oaks Townhome project was approved administratively by Kannapolis <br />Planning Staff on January 24, 2008. The project consists of 13 townhome units on +/-1.68 <br />acres located on Orphanage Road.
