CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 5/19/08 Agenda Item # <br />F-q <br />SUBJECT: <br />Finance Department -Budget Amendment (School Construction Allocation of Funds & <br />Reallocation of Line Item Budgets - $1,521,098.52) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The following budget amendment is being presented to allocate funds for additional <br />expenditures needed for the Bus Garage/buses, and various small projects at the following <br />schools: Hickory Ridge High School, C.E. Boger Elementary, C.A. Furr Elementary, W.R. <br />Odell Elementary, and Northwest High School. These projects will be funded through <br />unallocated interest earnings, unallocated GO bond premium, and unused legal fees.
