Boger Elementary School and Carl A. Furr Elementary School. This <br />contract was negotiated with Martin, Boal, Anthony & Johnson Architects. Listed below are the <br />terms of the contracts: <br />Boger and Furr Elementary Schools Additions total fee: $161,500.00. <br />[1St addition: Expected Construction Cost: $1,700,000 x 6% _ $102,000] <br />[2nd addition: Expected Construction Cost: $1,700,000 x 3.5%= $59,500] <br />The Board of Education is requesting approval and funding by the Board of Commissioners for <br />the MBAJ Architecture contracts.
