From our recent <br />discussions, our understanding of the projects is as follows: <br />o Increase capacity by 200 students at both Boger and Furs Schools. <br />o Accomplish this with an 8-classroom addition at each school. <br />o Additions arc to be located at the eud of the existing 2-story wings, and be 2- <br />storyadditions, and be the same floorplen m each school. <br />o We are to provide Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical <br />Desists and Construction.Administration for this work. <br />o If given a notice to proceed, the schedule will require design and permitting <br />completion in ]uly of 2008, assuming there are no situations out of the control <br />of MBAJ that prevents this timeline. <br />We expect dte cost of this work will be approxima[e1y $1.7M per school. 77terefore our <br />proposal is: $1,700,000 x 6'Y° - $102,000 for one school and 3-I/2% for the secard school. <br />$1,700,009 x 3.5%= $59,500, for a total fao of $161,500. <br />if dtis is aooeptable, please indicate wiW your signature below, and we can consider this <br />correspondence an amendment to our current agreements for the original work these schools. <br />Sincerely, <br />ACCEPTED: <br />
