CONSERVATION APPLICATION <br />AND AGREEMENT <br />~e~een <br />Soil and Water Conservation District, County <br />r~~ <br />IOW NER OR OPERATOR( IADDR ESE) (A OREEMENT (ACRES) <br />NUMB ERI <br />I request help from my Soil and Water Conservation District in developing a soil and water conservation plan <br />fox my land. I intend to use my lend within its capabilities and treat it according to its needs, and will cooperate <br />in making the land use adjustments and in applying and maintaining the conservation practices that I plan. I will <br />use any materiels famished by the District as indicated in my rnnservation plan. <br />We, the Supervisors of the District, will furnish technical assistance, materials and supplies as available to <br />help plan, apply, and maintain the needed soil and water conservation measures. <br />It is mutually agreed that: (1) Neither the District, its representatives, nor the owner or operator will be <br />liable for any damage to the other's property or personal injury resulting Erom the planning or carrying out of the <br />soil end water conservation plan, unless such damages are caused by negligence or misconduct.
