Request for Proposal <br />Electronic Document Imaging and Client Scheduling System <br />March 17, 2008 <br />Cleveland County is requesting proposals from service providers regarding an Electronic Document <br />Imaging and Client Scheduling System for the Income Maintenance division of the Department of Social <br />Services. <br />The requirements for submitting proposals are stated in the attached Request for Proposal (the "RFP"). <br />Please review them carefully. <br />Responses are due to Cleveland County Purchasing Department, 311 E Marion St, PO Box 1210, <br />Shelby, NC 28151-1210 no later than March 31, 2008 at 2:00 pm.
