CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 7/21/08 Agenda Item # r^ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Commerce Department -Adequate Public Facilities Mitigation Agreement -Meadow Creek <br />Apartment Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The applicant is GHI of West Palm Beach, LLC, 10312 Annie Oakley Trail, Charlotte, NC <br />28227. The project consists of 1multi-family residential building with 14 apartment units on <br />+/- 4.717 acres located in the City of Kannapolis. The Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners approved a Reservation of Capacity for the Meadow Creek Apartments <br />project on April 21, 2008. The project received administrative site plan approval from the <br />City of Kannapolis on June 26, 2008.
