Gen. Slat. § 153A-320 N.C. Gen. <br />Slat. §153A-331, N.C. Gen. Stet. §15A-340, Session Law 2004-39 (as applicable) and <br />Article 15 of the Cabam~s County Zoning Ordinance, the Cabamis County Board of <br />Commissioners, at its regular meeting on Apri121, 2008, approved issuance of this <br />reservation of capacity certificate to GHI of West Palm Beach, LLC for Meadow Creek <br />Apartments, which is amulti-family residential apartment project consisting of 14 units <br />on approximately 4.717 acres located at the intersection of Easy Street and Highland <br />Street in the City of Kannapolis. <br />This Certificate of Reservation of Capacity is issued pursuant to the following <br />conditions contained is the Ordinance and approved by the Board of Commissioners: <br />1. This Certificate applies to the development of no more than 14 multi- <br />family apartment units on the following parcel: 5612-52-6715. <br />2. GHI of West Palm Beach, LLC shall adhere to the following build out <br />schedule: <br />ffi 2008, no more than 14 multi-family apartment unit building permits <br />issued <br />In 2008, no more than 8 certificates of occupancy may be issued; <br />In 2009, no more than 6 certificates of occupancy maybe issued. <br />~.. <br />3. GHI of West Palm Beach, LLC shall pay the Voluntary Mitigation <br />Payment of $4,153.00, payable prior to building permitting. <br />4. This Certificate shall be valid for one year, beginning on April 21, 2008, <br />the date of approval as granted by the Cabamas County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />This ~~day of May, 2008. <br />A B.
