CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 7/21/08 Agenda Item # F_ <br />.SUBJECT: <br />Commerce Department -Consent Agreement Renewal -Buffalo Creek Subdivision Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Buffalo Creek subdivision was approved by the Concord Planning & Zoning Board on <br />June 20, 2006. The project consists of 190 single family residential lots on +/-86.65 acres <br />located on NC Highway 49. The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners approved a <br />Consent Agreement for the Buffalo Creek subdivision on August 21, 2006. The existing <br />Consent Agreement expired June 20, 2008.
