DENNY, an <br />individual with a mailing address of 1701 Cox Mill Road, Concord, NC 28027 <br />("Grantor"), and CABARRUS COUNTY, a body politic and political subdivision of the <br />State of North Carolina ("County"), and the CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF <br />EDUCATION, a corporate body formed under the laws of North Carolina ("Board") <br />(collectively, the County and the Board are hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"). <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE <br />Grantor is the owner of certain real property located in Cabamzs County, North <br />Carolina and more particularly identified on Exhibit A attached hereto ("Grantor's <br />Property"). County is the owner of certain real property located in Cabarrus County, <br />North Carolina, adjacent to Grantor's Property, and more particularly identified on <br />Exhibit B attached hereto ("Grantee's Property") and Board is the tenant under a ground <br />lease and has constructed a public high school upon Grantee's Property.
