Denny <br />1701 Cox Mill Road <br />Concord, NC 28027 <br />Re: Request jor Right of R'ay Easement <br />Deaz Mr. Denny: <br />At the request of the Cabarrus County Board of Education, I am sending you this proposed Right <br />of Way Easement Agreement, whereby you would gent a permanent easement for a right of way along <br />Cox Mill Road for the benefit of a new high school being constructed off of Cox Mill Road. <br />In exchange for you providing the requested easement, the Board would pay you a one time <br />easement fee of $10,877.00 for the permanent easement and a one time fee of $2,496.60 for a temporary <br />construction easement. The foregoing fees are calculated on a value of $73,000 per acre -the permanent <br />easement area is 0.149 acres and the temporary easement area is 0.171 acres -and multiplying the <br />temporary easement fee calculation by .20, as it is not a permanent grant. <br />Please contact me should you have any questions regarding the Board's proposal or the attached <br />Agreement. If none, please sign the enclosed Agreement and have it notazized and return to me by no <br />later than July 1, 2008.
