Runkel <br />Direct Dial: (704) 331-4909 <br />Duect Fax: (704) 343-4866 <br />E-mail: pnulkel@wcsr.com <br />Re: Request for Right of Way Easement <br />Dear Mr. & Ms. Hefner: <br />At the request of the Cabarrus County Board of Education, I am sending you this proposed <br />Temporary Construction Easement Agreement, whereby you would grant a temporary easement for <br />access, staging and modifications on a portion of your property in conjunction with the expansion of the <br />right of way in and along Cox Mill Road for the benefit of a new high school being constructed off of <br />Cox Mill Road. <br />In exchange for you providing the requested easement, the Board would pay you a one time fee <br />of $7,500.00. The foregoing fee includes $5,000 for the temporary construction easement and $2,500 for <br />the removal of three trees and fence modifications. <br />Please contact me should you have any questions regarding the Board's proposal or the attached <br />Agreement. If none, please sign the enclosed Agreement and have it notarized and return to me by no <br />later than August 15, 2008.
