Outstanding items for <br />discussion in the plan include the consideration of expansion of Highway <br />NC 3 and the implementation of a viewshed buffer throughout the <br />Corridor. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Provide direction to staff as to how to proceed with the following: <br />1. Expansion of Highway NC 3; and <br />2.
