N(' 28026.0388 <br />On September 8th, 2008, the Cabarrus County School Board approved the cons <br />Garrison property for the Northwest Area Middle School. <br />The terms of the condemnation are as follows: <br />45 acres X $55,000 per acre = $2,475,000 {plus incidentals) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Board of Education is requesting approval and funding by the Board of Cc <br />the land acquisition by condemnation.
