Gen. Stat. § 40A-40. <br />CCBOE intends to condemn an approximately 45 acre portion of a 6S acre tract of <br />unimproved landlocked real property in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, with access rights to <br />Concord Farm Road and having a Cabarrus County parcel identification number of 5600815026 <br />("Property'. <br />CCBOE estimates the just compensation of this land to be $SS,000.00 per acre, with the <br />aggregate compensation to be determined upon the completion of a boundary survey which shall <br />establish the exact acreage of the Property. <br />The purpose for this condemnation is for land upon which CCBOE will construct and <br />operate a public school building. This is a proper purpose for which CCBOE may condemn land <br />pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 11 SC-517. <br />CCBOE intends to file its complaint on October 16, 2008.
