c. The EM Coordinator and county government department leaders will <br />identify potential volunteers who have specific technical skills needed during response <br />operations. <br />d. The Tax Administration Department will register volunteers from the <br />general public. The Director, Tax Administration will provide daily registration updates <br />to the EOC and will coordinate to provide volunteers to the agencies seeking particular <br />skills. <br />e. The American Red Cross will coordinate the housing and feeding of public <br />volunteers. Those government department and agencies employing volunteers will <br />provide a headcount to the ARC representative at the EOC each day to assist support <br />planning. <br />IV, DIRECTION AND CONTROL <br />A. The Tax Administration Depaxtment will direct and control of Donations <br />Management. <br /> <br />B. The EM Coordinator will approve all shipments and deployments of volunteer <br />Labor or services. <br />V. CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT <br />A.
