The secondary site will be the Old <br />Fairgrounds building. <br />B. Organization <br />1. The Events Center building will function as both the CRDP and the Donated <br />Goods Management Area. The building can be divided into two sections. The forward <br />section will be used to receive and sort donated goods; The rear section will be used for <br />receiving and distribution operations. `There is sufficient covered space and parking to <br />conduct multiple CRDP missions simultaneously. The rear section of the Events Center <br />has a loading dock that will permit two standard tractor-trailers to be offloaded <br />simultaneously. <br />2. The facility has the capability to support the necessary lighting, <br />communications and data connections needed and is supported by an 80kW generator. <br />3. The facility has ample space for a landing zone (LZ) for UH60 aircraft in the <br />Fair midway and at another satellite parking area. The existing lighting system should <br />provide ample light for night operations at the LZ, if power is available. The location of <br />CRDP Landing Zone is 35deg23.405 N 080deg29.961 W <br />C. Equipment <br /> <br /> <br />1. The county maintains one of the two General Services forklifts at the facility <br />and the other vehicle is located at the GSA facility nearby.
