This subdivision is approved for 104 single family homes on + /- <br />82.03 acres and is located on Peach Orchard Road. The specifics of the agreement are as follows: <br />^ Developer - Meridian Development, LLC,166 Fern Haven Lane, N~oresville, NC 28117. <br />^ Payment of $6,000 per lot will be due at Final Plattirr~ <br />^ Proposed build out schedrde is no more than 241ots to be platted in 2008, no more than 32 <br />lots platted in 2009, no more than 321ots platted in 2010 and no more than 161ots platted in <br />2011. <br />The revised APFO worksheet filled out by Mr. Robert Kluttz with Cabarns County Schools <br />indicates that schools impacted by the Hawthorne subdivision are ct~rently functioning at the <br />following capacities: <br />RockyRiver E lementarySchool -113.20% <br />C.C. Griffin Nfiddle School -128.68% <br />Hickory Ridge High School -86.55% <br />Including previously approved subdivisions, these schools will be functioning at the following <br />capaaty upon completion of the Hawthorne subdivision project: <br />RockyRiver E lementarySchool - 216.53% <br />C.C. Griffin Nfiddle School - 212.32% <br />Hickory Ridge High School -113.79% <br />The Capital Improvement Plan revised in July 2008 includes a new elementary school in 2009 <br />southeast of Rocky River Elementary School and another on+e in 2013 south of Harrisburg. These <br />schools would provide relief for AT. Allen, Rocky River and Harrisburg Elementary Schools. A new <br />middle school is included in the plan for 2009 on Hickory Ridge Road that would relieve CC <br />Griffin <br />Cabarns County Schools operating at 110% capacity are considered to be operating at maximnml <br />capaaty. <br />The Subdivision Lot Inventory spreadsheet has been updated through November 2008. <br />Item# 20 <br />Attachment number 1 <br />' G-4 374 of 408 <br />
