The committee will be charged with reviewing the <br />applications and selecting the clients based on need. Staff is proposing the following <br />people to create the selection committee: <br />• Wayne Krimminger, Harrisburg <br />• Nancy Boyden, Midland <br />• Joe Ellington, Mount Pleasant <br />• Lynn Roberts, Cabarrus County <br />• Kelly Sifford, Cabarrus County Community Development Manager <br />Each of the proposed people has significant knowledge of their respective communities <br />and can provide objective insight into the selection process.
