rr^"^ sonK72O5rdl's` '~~~ Exhibit A Lying and being in Number Ten Township, Cabarrus County, North Cazolina, in southwest intersection of U.S. Highway 601 and Cal Bost Road, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a nail within U.S. Highway 601 at its intersection of Cal Bost Road, said nail being located S. 60-42-58 E. 66 feet from a concrete monument (NCGS Monument Cal Bost), and runs thence S. 30-30-27 E. 234.74 feet to an iron, a new comer; thence a new line S. 64-32-43 W. 554.17 feet to an iron, a new comer; thence a new Jule N. 30-30-27 W. (passing aii u~on at 220.48 feet) for a total distance of 254.82 feet fo a nail in the center line of Cal Bost Road; thence with the center line of said road as it curves in a northeasterly direction at a radius of 370 feet for an arc distance of 35.42 feet; thence continuing within said road as it curves in a northeasterly direction at a radius of 815 feet for an arc distance of 141.33 feet, thence continuing with a curve in a northeasterly direction at a radius of 815 feet for an arc distance of 17.66 feet to a point; thence N. 64-32-43 E. 380.77 feet to the point of BEGINNTi 1G, containing three acres more or less as surveyed and platted by Gregory S. Flowe, RLS, dated September 23, 2000. The purpose of this deed is to re-convey the foregoing described pazcel of property that was mistakenly and erroneously conveyed to Barrett O. Flowe by the Trustees of Union Lodge #618 A.F. & A.M. by deed dated December 30, 2004 and recorded January 3, 2005 in Book 5737, page 62. Barrett O. Flowe has not taken possession of the above described parcel of land at any time since the recordation of the deed. The effective date of this deed is December 30, 2004. This deed is being filed simultaneously with a deed from the Trustees of Union Lodge #618 A.F. & A.M. to Barrett O.
