CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 3/26/07 Agenda Item # <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Rustic Canyon Subdivision <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Rustic Canyon subdivision was approved by the Cabarrus County Planning and <br />Zoning Board on July 20th, 2006. The project consists of 497 single-family lots on <br />+/-328.941 acres and is located on Zion Church Rd. A conserit agreement to address <br />school APFO requirements is required for the project to proceed. The Board deferred this <br />item at its meeting on February 19th and asked staff to work with the developer on an <br />alternate phasing schedule.
