After <br />discussion, a motion to approve was made by Frank Lapsley with a second by Garrett Jenio. Motion <br />approved. <br />NC Tire Dealers & Re-treaders Association - $250 per grant guidelines. After discussion, a motion to <br />approve was made by Frank Lapsley with a second by Garrett Jenio. Motion approved. <br />Business Professional Women's/NC State Conference - $250 per grant guidelines. After discussion, <br />a motion to approve was made by Frank Lapsley with a second by John Mills.
