PBH Local Business Plan 2007 <br />The following reflects the organizational structure that has been developed as the result of the PBH transition from an <br />Area Program to a Local Management Entity. <br />Executive <br />Office of the CEO: Responsible for the overall management of PBH, including short and long term planning as well <br />as the development of strong working relationships with local and state partners including local public agencies, <br />provider agencies, public officials, :elected officials, advocacy organizations as well as state and regional staff. <br />Executive Management Includes management of operations, performance outcomes, and direction of flnanclal <br />resources to achieve desired outcomes.
